By using the Elastobinder, we can now create labels with exact dates. Additionally, we can easily switch between green and white asparagus. Previously, the asparagus were packed in plastic bags by one employee and then labeled by another. Now, these two steps have been combined. And, of course, we’re saving on plastic bags.

Now that we use a robot wrapper from Cyklop, we can deliver orders faster and ship more in a shorter amount of time, preventing the warehouse from becoming overcrowded. Additionally, we require less physical effort to wrap a pallet or product. Moreover, wrapping can be done in different locations, so we no longer need to move pallets and products first.

We notice that the wrapping process in the different halls runs more smoothly with the use of the robot wrappers. Additionally, we no longer have to wrap manually, which saves us a lot of physical effort. As a result, more pallets can be processed in a day, which is a major advantage, especially during busy periods!

The strapping machine from Cyklop applies strong strapping to packages quickly and efficiently without damaging the products. Perfect for cardboard boxes!
