Roberto Salemme
Roberto Salemme is the CEO of Cyklop and brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial packaging sector. His passion for this field stems from a desire to find innovative solutions that improve production processes and optimize efficiency for companies. Throughout his career, Roberto has worked across a wide range of industries, from gas generators to construction and even fashion.

Roberto Salemme may live in Milan with his lovely wife and daughter, but his heart never left Naples—one of the greatest cities in the world (in his unbiased opinion). A die-hard Napoli fan, he’s convinced that with enough determination, he’ll wake up as Maradona one day. Until then, he's perfectly happy balancing business, family, and his love for the best pizza on the planet.
Markus Locher
Markus Locher is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Cyklop, where he leads the commercial strategy and coordination of Cyklop subsidiaries, ensuring a unified and synergic approach to market development and customer engagement. Markus brings nearly 25 years of international experience in the packaging industry, combining deep technical expertise with proven leadership in complex organizations.
Before joining Cyklop, he served as Vice President Sustainable Packaging Solutions at ACTEGA, where he led global initiatives in barrier applications, circularity, and regulatory innovation.
“My vision for Cyklop is to leverage our strong regional expertise and transform it into global strength, driving sustainable growth for the future”, said Markus. In his free time, Markus enjoys hiking, motorcycling, and restoring classic cars.
Jeff Tang
Jeff is a seasoned, energetic senior business leader who has progressively held roles in sales & marketing, technical support, operations, process improvements and M&A managerial roles over the last 20+ years. He has worked for well-known national and global companies in the packaging and coding sectors.
He has a track record of consistently & continuously delivering solid results especially with turning around businesses.
Jeff has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Erivelto Gadioli Júnior
Erivelto is the President of Cyklop's operations in Americas, supporting and implementing the group's strategies in the region.
He has more than 28 years of experience dedicated to the B2B packaging segment, with a focus on sales, marketing, people and manufacturing management.

Erivelto is committed to sharing his knowledge and contributing to people's development. He lives in São Paulo, Brazil, with his wife and son.
Valeriano Bruni
Valeriano is based in Milan, Italy, and has been with Cyklop since 2022 as a global leader in machine engineering and design.
He began his career in packaging doing mechanical design in 1979 and has worked for prominent packaging companies in various roles, including sales, marketing, and as a general manager. His leadership and technical expertise perfectly align with Cyklop’s core values.
Valeriano graduated in mechanics at technical institute in Bologna, Italy.
Marc Berger
Marc Berger is the CMO at Cyklop, where he guides the vision, strategy and implementation of marketing globally.
Mr. Berger’s business-to-business marketing career spans 17 years in industrial printing, oil and gas, and management system certification. The 12 years prior, he worked as an art director and designer in various industries.
“What I enjoy most about being part of Cyklop is the people I get to interact with globally. They have good hearts and want to be the best version of themselves.”
Marc is a proud advocate for the Lymphatic Education & Research Network, driving to help find a cure for lymphatic disease. He lives in Texas with his wife and two children.
