Cyklop Completes Acquisition of Inkjet, Inc.
ROZZANO, July 31, 2023—Cyklop International, the global leader in end-of-line packaging solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of US company Inkjet, Inc, headquartered in Willis, Texas, USA. Inkjet is one of the world’s largest manufacturer of ink jet inks for all printers. With this acquisition, Cyklop continues to enhance its profile as a global supplier of coding and marking solutions while concretely strengthening its local footprint in the North American market.
