Cyklop International Acquires Canada-Based Polaris Systems Inc.

Helmond, Netherlands (07 June 2024) – Cyklop International is excited to announce the acquisition of Polaris Systems Inc. in Ontario, Canada. Polaris Systems has been providing a wide range of packaging solutions for over 35 years, making them one of the top Canadian packaging companies.

“One of our main objectives was to re-establish a strong presence in the United States and Canada. These territories had been discontinued during a past crisis period.
